what's on
charity staff skydive
During the first weekend in June, 11 members of our staff from all 4 sites will be taking to the skies for a tandem skydive to raise money for Suffolk Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Flying up to around 13,000 feet (approximately 2 miles high!) then leaving the aircraft, falling at 120mph to 5,000 feet in around just 40 seconds, before opening the parachute and flying safely back to earth!
The team ran a quiz night at The One Bull on Sunday 21st April and raised just over £1,000. You can click here to sponsor them online or donate in any of our pubs.

Breakthrough Breast Cancer is the UK’s leading charity dedicated to preventing the disease, promoting early and precise diagnosis and developing better treatments and care. The charity focuses its research efforts entirely on breast cancer. Through a complete understanding of the disease, Breakthrough will continue to develop better treatments to take from the laboratory and into doctors’ hands. Breakthrough Breast Cancer's vision is a future free from the fear of breast cancer.
The Suffolk Group of Breakthrough was formed in 1999, is entirely run by volunteers and is one of the charity’s most successful fundraising groups. They have raised over £700,000 to date and aim to raise £50k per year with no administration costs.
